

1/20/23 ~ I’m making cranberry juice.
2 cups of cranberries in a 1 quart jar.
1/2 cup of sugar.
Pour boiling water over it and stir.
Seal and water bath can for 25 minutes.
Wait 6 weeks while the syrup extracts the flavor from the berries.
Strain out the berries.
Taste it!
Here’s hoping it’s great because I love cranberry juice.
